Questions

Do my vendors or tenants need an account?

No. Vendors get a private job page for each work order, and tenants get their own request page. Neither needs a login.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime in Settings.

Does Maon do the repairs or pay my bills?

No. Maon is the tool that organizes the work. You choose your vendors and pay them directly.
